The 2009 December Banquet was held at Old Century Buffet,
451 Griswold Road, Elyria on Saturday, December 5, 2009
A great time was
had by all 39 guests. It was a fabulous banquet with delicious food and a fun evening spent with fellow members and
their families and friends.
This annual event replaces the December business meeting, allowing time for presenting awards which might include
NOARS Ham of the Year, DX'er of the Year, Public Service awards, and President's awards for outstanding efforts made throughout the
year, as well as the introduction of the newly elected officers for the coming year.
There are a few door prizes each
year along with a 50/50 cash raffle and a raffle for a Christmas gourmet basket.
We look forward to seeing you all there! Come on out, have a good time, and see some of the people that you just talk to on the air
waves. This Holiday Banquet is held on the first Saturday of December each year.

The 50/50
Raffle was won by our good old friend Dr John (Fakan), KB8MU. It was great to see him and Mike, K8US.
