Directions to the 2008 NOARSFEST

Here are driving directions to the Northern Ohio Amateur Radio Society Hamfest and computer show at the Lorain County Fairgrounds:

The Lorain County Fairgrounds are located in Wellington, OH. On RT. 18. The entrance is about 3/4 mile West of SR 58, on the LEFT side of the road just before Brothers Chevrolet/GEO Agency

From the West (Toledo), take US 80 (Ohio Turnpike) to exit 135 m/m post, Baumhart. Rd. Take Baumhart. Rd. South (right turn) to RT. 113, turn East (left turn) onto RT. 113. Travel about 2 miles to SR 58, turn South (right turn) onto SR 58 and travel about 15 miles all the way to Wellington, Ohio. In downtown Wellington, turn West (right turn) onto RT. 18.

From the East via I-90 (Cleveland, Oh. - Erie, Pa), Take I-90 West into Cleveland, Ohio. Follow the signs along the inner-belt for I-71 South. Travel I-71 South approx. 5 miles to I-480 West (left lane exit ramp), follow I-480 West where it splits for Ohio Turnpike or RT. 10 (left lane exit ramp), go onto RT. 10 using left lane exit ramp. RT. 10 becomes RT. 20, follow RT. 20 West (divided highway becomes 2 lane road) to SR 58, turn South (left turn) onto SR 58. Travel South all the way to Wellington, Ohio. In downtown Wellington, turn West (right turn) onto RT. 18.

From the East via I-80 (Pittsburgh, Pa). Travel West to exit 152 for RT. 10 (the tickets use mile marker numbers, the signs still have sequential numbers), take RT. 10 West. Follow RT. 10 as it becomes RT. 20, follow RT. 20 West (divided highway becomes 2 lane road) to SR 58, turn South (left turn) onto SR 58. Travel South all the way to Wellington, Ohio. In downtown Wellington, turn West (right turn) onto RT. 18.

From the South via I-71 (Columbus, Ohio). Travel I-71 North to Ashland exit 186 for SR-250, turn East (right turn) onto RT. 250. Approx. 3 miles in the bottom of a valley will be the intersection of RT. 89, turn North (left turn) onto RT. 89, crossover RT. 42 (obey stop sign), follow RT. 89 North approx. 5.5 miles to RT. 58 North continue straight through onto RT. 58. Travel North to RT. 18, turn West (left turn) onto RT. 18
