Membership is open to anyone interested in communications,
whether a licensed amateur or not. Dues are still only 10 (U.S.) dollars per year
for a licensed amateur (full membership), 5 (U.S.) dollars non licensed
(associate member), 2 (U.S.) dollars family membership (licensed or not).
